My name is Jan, and I developed a passion for climbing in 2013, which has since become an essential part of my life. Currently, I cannot imagine a life without climbing. Back then, I was introduced to climbing with the attitude that if I get a lot of happiness and energy from the sport, it's a good thing to enable others to do the same. I did this for many years in my private life, and since 2022, I have been a certified DAV climbing instructor (currently Trainer-C Outdoor ZQ Sandstone) and volunteer to teach courses. The desire to become a professional climbing trainer and guide had been in the back of my mind for many years and grew thanks to the consistently positive feedback from course participants. I want to support people who are struggling with addiction. I dealt with this issue myself many years ago.
