Course offer

Description: Climbing is a multi-faceted sport that offers development potential on a physical, mental, social and cognitive level. Let's discover these learning spaces together and scale new heights. The aims of the course are To experience the joy of sporting activity, to achieve physical fitness, to maintain social inclusion in a group, to overcome fears, to develop belaying and climbing skills, to set our own goals and reflect on them. At the end of the course, participants climb a peak in Saxon Switzerland together and enjoy the joy of reaching the summit in the wonderful natural surroundings of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Climbing requires full concentration on the moment without thoughts of the future or the past. Combined with physical exercise, adventure and friendship, it can become a very fulfilling activity.

10 units (9 courses of 2 hours each in the climbing hall + 1 day in Saxon Switzerland with summit ascent)

Participation fee: 390 € incl. entrance fee, material and good mood

Location: Association Center Saxon Mountaineering Association and Saxon Switzerland

Test climbing date: by arrangement

Test climbingThe first course unit is a non-binding trial climb and is also the first of the 10 course units for €39. If you are interested in attending the course after this session, the remaining amount of 351 € for the other 9 sessions must be paid in full.
